Your 14-day right to change your mind

For eligible online purchases, you may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 calendar days after you, or someone you nominate other than the carrier, receives your goods. If one order arrives in separate deliveries, the period starts when the last item arrives. This policy does not limit any stronger mandatory rights that apply to you.

Tell me you wish to return

Email moonlightmichal@gmail.com with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. Please include your name, order number and the item or items concerned so I can identify your purchase. Sending your notice before the 14-day period ends is sufficient; you do not need to wait for my approval. A model withdrawal form may also be used, but is not compulsory.

Sending your treasures back

Send the goods back within 14 calendar days after telling me you wish to withdraw. You pay the direct cost of return delivery for a change-of-mind return. Email me at moonlightmichal@gmail.com and I’ll send you the return address and help you with the easiest way to send it back. In Limassol, you can also return it in person. Please pack fragile pieces securely and retain proof of posting. A tracked service is recommended, not a condition of your rights.

Refunds

For withdrawal from the whole order, I will refund the goods and the original standard delivery charge. Any extra cost for a more expensive delivery option you chose is not refundable. I will refund without undue delay and within 14 calendar days after receiving your withdrawal notice. I may withhold payment until the goods are returned or you provide evidence of sending them back, whichever happens first. Refunds use the original payment method, unless we expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee. Store credit is optional, never a condition of receiving a refund.

Taking care of the pieces

You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop. You are responsible only for a reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, as permitted by law. Opening ordinary packaging does not by itself remove your right to withdraw.

Exceptions

The change-of-mind right does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. Being unique, exclusive, a natural crystal or a pre-order does not by itself make an item exempt.

Cancellation before dispatch

Contact me as soon as you wish to cancel. If the parcel has already left, you can still exercise any applicable withdrawal right using the process above. There is no separate 24-hour or 48-hour cut-off that removes that right.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Please contact me if something arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered. Your statutory remedies remain unaffected. The customer-paid return rule above concerns change-of-mind returns, not returns for which the law requires the trader to bear the cost.
