Returns:

• We accept returns and cancellation 
• You may request a return within 7 days from the date of receiving the shipment, except for special cases.
• All items must be returned in their new, unused condition.
  Crystals that have been used or damaged are not eligible for a return.
• Customers are responsible for returning shipping costs or returning it in person to our location in Limassol.
• Custom or Exclusive Items: Products that have been made to order or are exclusive cannot be returned, except in exceptional circumstances.
• Once we receive the return, it will be inspected, and you will be refunded or given store credit based on your request.

Cancellations:

• Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing an order, except for custom or exclusive items.
  In case of any problem please contact me through E-mail \Chat and I will try to solve it as soon as possible.
  
  Cancellation After Shipment Has Been Dispatched
• If you’d like to cancel your order after it has already been shipped, please contact me immediately via E-mail or the website chat. I will do my best to reach the courier and stop the delivery.
  However, please note that the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to help cover the shipping costs I’ve already incurred. Rest assured, I’ll make every effort to ensure the process is as smooth and hassle-free as possible.

Return and Cancellation Policy for Exclusive Pre-Order Items

• Order Cancellation:
  You can cancel your pre-order item within 48 hours of receiving the order confirmation.

   

• Issue Resolution:
  If you encounter any issues or need to cancel after the 48-hour window, please contact me via email or the website chat.
  If the shipment has not yet been dispatched, I will cancel the order and issue an immediate refund, which will be processed within one business day Max.

   

Cancellation After Dispatch:

• If the shipment is already on its way, you may still request a refund.
  However, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Pre-order items are exclusive and specially crafted, which may result in longer shipping times compared to regular items.

• For exclusive products, if you wish to make a return, please reach out to me directly via Email or the website chat.
  Depending on the weight and size of the item, I’ll help find the most convenient and cost-effective return option for you.
  If you’re located in Cyprus, you also have the option to return the item in person to my location in Limassol or arrange for me to pick it up.
  
  Everything will be handled through open communication with you to ensure the process works smoothly and aligns with your preferences.

Exchanges:

For items available in stock or those with multiple units, exchanges are absolutely possible.
However, for unique, one-of-a-kind pieces, it may not be possible to exchange them for the exact same item.

In such cases, you have two options:

• Receive store credit to select another crystal or product of your choice.

• Get a refund directly to your original payment method.

Please note that the exchange or refund will only be processed once the item has been returned in its original, undamaged condition—just as it was sent to you.

International Returns:

• For returns outside of Cyprus, the customer is responsible for returning the product within 7 business days of receiving the item.
• The product must be returned in the same condition as it was received. Any damaged, broken, or altered items will not be accepted for return, and no refund will be issued.

   

• For international orders, whether within the European Union or beyond, customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning items. This includes both the initial shipping fees and the return shipping costs.
