At Mystic Moonlight, every order is carefully prepared and packed to help your treasures arrive safely.

Delivery Options

Delivery to the customer’s selected locker/pick-up point.

Standard delivery directly to the customer’s address.

International delivery is available at a standard shipping rate of €10.

Customers may collect their order from our pickup location in Limassol free of charge. Pickup details are provided once the order is ready.

Some crystals, specimens and other items can be particularly heavy.

For orders where the total packaged weight exceeds 5 kg, the standard delivery rates above may not apply.

The customer should complete and place the order normally through the website.

After the order is received, Mystic Moonlight will:

Check the total combined packaged weight and size of the complete order.
Determine the appropriate shipping method and final shipping cost.
Contact the customer with the shipping details and any additional shipping charge required.

The order will only be dispatched once the applicable shipping arrangements and any additional shipping cost have been confirmed with the customer.

Every order is carefully packed to protect crystals and other items during transportation.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct delivery address, phone number, and contact information when placing an order.

Relevant tracking or delivery information will be provided when available.
